College can be an exciting time, filled with endless opportunities for new friends, relationships, and identity exploration. While these opportunities may provide happiness, they can also be overwhelming and difficult to manage without some support and guidance.

This is where I come in. Currently, I am providing 8-week therapy sessions. I work with students struggling with relationships, body image issues, stress, panic attacks, social anxiety, and loneliness. I provide a non-judgmental space for you to share your thoughts and feelings, including the ones that nobody else seems to get.
